My work focuses on project management, proposal coordination, communication and capacity building within European-funded research projects, supporting interdisciplinary collaboration and skills development for research teams addressing climate change. With over 20 years of international experience, I have designed and coordinated programs in sustainability education and youth engagement, with a strong emphasis on behavioral change. I develop and deliver training initiatives that foster competencies and empower young people and professionals to actively contribute to the green and digital transition. I am a member of the IUCN Commission on Education and Communication.
